Apartment Cooling Research in New Westminster

Staff at the City of New Westminster and the CDC are conducting research over the next few years on summer heat levels in renters homes. They are looking for volunteers to put up easy to install renter friendly temperature monitors in their units to gather data for their study. While this research isn't a solution on its own, it is potentially a useful compliment to the organizing and advocacy work renters are doing across New Westminster. You can learn more about the study by clicking here, or sign up to participate in the study by clicking here.
