Get Involved: Public Meeting This Tuesday

Hello Everyone,

There is so much going on in the world right now that can feel overwhelming and hopeless, which is why it is more important than ever to connect with community and fight to make our world a better place. We invite you to join us at our public meeting this Tuesday and help us set up for success and change in the year ahead.

Public Meeting

Our January Public Meeting is scheduled for this Tuesday, January 28th, from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The meeting is being held in the basement auditorium at the New Westminster Public Library (716 6th Avenue, New Westminster).

We are excited to have you join us! If you have never been to one of our meetings before, this would be a great month to start.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Updates on NWTU activities over the last month
  2. NWTU Goals for 2025 and timeline of important dates this year
  3. Discussion and feedback on a new Community Agreement for our public meetings
  4. Ways to take action and get involved in 2025

A draft of our proposed Community Agreement is attached if you would like to take a look before Tuesday:
