The New Westminster Tenants Union is a volunteer collective of community organizers who help renters work together to fight for better conditions in their buildings.

Dozens of tenants are being evicted from a New Westminster apartment building and hope new city bylaws meant to curb renovictions will work out in their favour.
We've helped tenants in New Westminster fight against negligent maintenance, harassment from landlords, and even mass evictions.
Our aim is to build a supportive network of tenants across the city who can help one another, fight together, and pressure government for more progressive housing policies to protect and expand affordable living space in our city.
